# Connect Google Business

> Google Business connects locations rather than accounts — each location you pick becomes its own profile.

Google Business is the one network where what you connect is not an account. You authorize with Google once, and Nylon then asks which **locations** to manage. Each location becomes its own profile with its own id.

If you manage twelve storefronts, that is twelve profiles — which is what you want, because a Google Business post is always about one location.

## Connect

    Open **Connections → Add connection** and choose **Google Business**.

    Sign in with the Google account that manages the locations and approve the access requested.

    Back in Nylon, the **Choose Google Business locations** dialog lists what the account can manage. Select one or more and confirm.

## If no locations are listed

* The Google account you signed in with does not manage any location. Business Profile access is granted per location, and being signed in to the right company's Google Workspace is not the same as having it.
* The location is still pending verification with Google. Unverified locations cannot be posted to.

## Posting to a location

Google Business posts are typed — an Update, an Offer or an Event — and each type has its own required fields. An Event needs a title and a start and end time; an Offer takes no call-to-action button. Nylon validates these before sending.
